In the inset, the first and last EPSC from a representative experiment are shown. (B) Time course of synaptic responses in PINK1+/- MSNs shows a similar response to sustained stimulation. (C) In PINK-/- MSNs, we observed faster depression kinetics after the 12th stimulus.
