In Situ Sequencing data used in "ISTDECO: In Situ Transcriptomics Decoding by Deconvolution"

Description

This repository contains a few image slices from an in situ sequencing experiment [1]. The data is organized as follows:

  • Each folder corresponds to a staining round.
  • Each .tif image corresponds to a channel.
  • The codebook can be loaded from the .mat file using MATLAB's load function or scipy.io.loadmat in Python.

Acknowledgment:

We kindly thank Qian et al. [1] for sharing their image data.
