Datasets supporting the publication "Terrestrial laser scanning to reconstruct branch architecture". Polygon File Format (.ply) files can be viewed in software such as CloudCompare. For each branch ther  

  • Unfiltered point clouds are clipped from the original data and have had no post processing applied
  • Filtered point clouds have been filtered according to the steps in manuscript
  • QSM were produced using treegraph
  • Manual measurements
