SAXS dataset and algorithms for the paper "Particle Size Distribution of Bimodal Silica Nanoparticles: A Comparison of Different Measurement Techniques"

  • 1. Institute of Materials and Environmental Chemistry, Research Centre for Natural Sciences

Description

Small-angle X-ray scattering curves of bimodal SiO2 nanoparticles and the required Python algorithms for model fitting. The results of the fits (size distribution curves, parameters etc.) are also included.
