Coarse-grained molecular dynamics modeling of plant primary cell walls

Description
A coarse-grained molecular dynamics model was developed to investigate the complex mechanics of plant epidermal cell walls. The deposited data consists of a data file and a LAMMPS input script. The data file stores the configuration information of a coarse-grained cell wall at equilibrium state and the LAMMPS input script includes all parameters and commands to simulate uniaxial tension test of cell walls using LAMMPS.
