Models:

  • Thermodynamically curated genome- scale model of S. cerevisiae in MATLAB's mat format (based on Yeast8.3.4)

Datasets:

  • Thermodynamic database for the standard formation free Gibbs energy of formation of different metabolites in Yeast8
