Evaluating population structure in the northern bottlenose whale, Hyperoodon ampullatus, using genomic resequencing data

This dataset contains resequencing data used in our northern bottlenose whale genomics research. In this project, we analyzed population structure, spatial patterns of differentiation, and ancestral admixture. Data uploaded here contains unfiltered and filtered SNPs, including separate files for autosomal, sex-linked, and pruned SNPs, and final datasets with sample size of 36 individuals.
