Description

Overview

This zip folder contains example data and models for "Atlas Alignment".

"Atlas Alignment" is the Blue Brain toolbox to perform multimodal image registration. It includes both traditional and supervised deep learning models.

Included files and structure

  • atlas_data — contains brain atlases data
    • nissl.npy — 25 μm nissl stains of whole mouse brain
    • annotation.npy — 25 μm brain regions atlas
    • annotation_hierarchy.json — hierarchical tree structure of brain regions contained in annotation.npy
    • manual_registration.h5 — human expert annotations for multiple gene expression slices

  • model_weights — pre-trained keras neural network for atlas registration
    • global.h5 — weights and architecture of global network
    • local.h5 — weights and architecture of local network
