Integrated association stringency (IAS) network

Authors/Creators

Description

IAS (integrated association stringency) is an integrated network of human genes combining the evidence of interactions of five major data types: physical, mRNA co-expression, protein co-expression, sequence similarity, genetic co-dependence. The values of IAS scores were learned from random forest regression taking the scores of individual data types as features and supervised by the semantic similarity between gene pairs from the Gene Ontology.

The file "IAS_score.tsv", contains the final integrated score (rescaled to 0 to 1), as well as scores (ranked transformed and rescaled to 0 to 1) for each data type (e.g., evidence: Physical). The original network contains all pairs between a total of 19,035 genes. Here we showed a total of about 1.84 * 106 edges with overall higher association stringencies, with IAS > 0.18.
