Small-pannuke: Subset of the Pannuke images used for "Evaluation and Comparison of CNN Visual Explanations for Histopathology" XAI-AAAI21
Description
For this application I oversampled the images of the Pannuke data by implementing a circular cropping and obtaining 5 times the initial number of images. I am sharing the cropped images at this link.
