This is the data accompanying the article "NanoMethViz: an R/Bioconductor package for visualizing long-read methylation data" on BioRxiv. The log-methylation ratio matrix contains the data required to create figure 2A, and the chromosome X methylation data contains the information required to create figures 2B and 2C.
