The following physiological parameters were assessed respiratory rate , heart rate & GSR by physio-pac instrument &elecroencephalography by neuropage plus before, during & after meditation. Result: Heart rate , respiratory rate are reduced during meditation session & GSR is increased suggesting parasympathetic dominance .EEG findings suggest relaxed state.
