Measurement of Elliptic Flow in p+Au Collisions at √sNN = 200 GeV using the PHENIX Detector at RHIC

In this thesis, we have measured the elliptic flow in 0–5% centrality p+Au collisions at √sNN = 200 GeV.  This measurement of v₂(p_T), as a function of transverse momentum, in 0–5% centrality p+Au at √sNN = 200 GeV collisions completes a set of measurements with engineered initial geometries at RHIC, including the p+Au, d+Au, and ³ He+Au.
