Bone pose estimation Challenge dataset
Description
This is a comprehensive dataset from the 2016 code challenge. Estimation of the poses of the individual bones from videoradiography is a necessary step towards the evaluation of 3D kinematics. The following comprehensive dataset contains video radiography of knee of ten different subjects captured by a 9” c-arm machine. The poses of the individual bones can be estimated either by generating DRRs from MRI scans or by creating 3D model through segmentation. For more details see www.codemaraphon.ru
