Description
The ui.R and server.R files are the files required for the active volcano plot shiny app to draw an volcano plot for the specified dataset with proper type I error control. The simVPPro.R file provides the simulation codes from the paper and the resample_SRP059039.rmd provides the codes for an RNA-seq data.
