Datasets for preprint ( ) entitled:

"Computational structural genomics unravels common folds and predicted functions in the secretome of fungal phytopathogen Magnaporthe oryzae"

The data contains:

- Annotations.zip: Genome annotations generated for the 248 genome assemblies for the Magnaporthales species from the NCBI. This data was used for structure prediction.

- Structure_prediction.zip: Multiple sequence alignment and structures generated for 1854 secreted proteins by I-TASSER and TrRosetta. The name of the file, MGG_000230T0.TrRosetta.0.78.pdb, for instance, contains: the protein name, prediction method and expected precision.

-  Network_analyses.zip: The data used for network analyses. Unfiltered and filtered homology search results and structural comparisons are all included for additional downstream analyses. 

- Supplemental.zip: Supplemental figures and tables included in the publication
