Description

The MedVetKlebs project aims to develop, evaluate and harmonize methods for sampling, detection,

strain typing and genome-based genotyping of Klebsiella pneumoniae, and share these methodologies

across Institutions and with the scientific community to optimize the current practices. In this context,

the main data generated across this project are protocols, genomic sequences and the biological/metadata

associated, modelling data and web applications.
