Civil Cases Tel Aviv Magistrate Court 2010-2011 Public

The civil database includes data from a representative sample of 443 cases tried in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court. The civil cases were filed between January 2010 and December 2011 and disposed of between February 2010 and November 2018. The database contains 216 variables. Among them: type of proceeding (regular, fast, or abbreviated), lawsuit characteristics, length of proceedings, number of hearings, type of plaintiff and defendant, judicial procedural involvement, court settlement promotion, and disposition mode.
