Data for publication: "Isolating large-scale smoke impacts on cloud and precipitation processes over the Amazon with convection permitting resolution"

Data and scripts for generating figures from the paper "Isolating large-scale smoke impacts on cloud and precipitation processes over the Amazon with convection permitting resolution" accepted for publication in JGR: Atmospheres in June 2021.

The scripts are written in a jupyter lab book. Netcdf files for generating the figures are included as a tar file. Once relevant python modules have been installed the only thing that needs to be updated is the directory locations of the netcdf files and the output file.

The original methods for manipulating the ICON model output are intact within the scripts.
