According to WHO , about 8.8% of the total world population has diabetes out of which Pakistan has marked on number 7th with most cases of diabetes.The prevalence of diabetes in Pakistan is about 7.6% of the total population .Sedentary lifestyle,over nutrition and sleep deprivation are major risk factors for this disease
