Description
This repository provides pre-built databases for ReferenceSeeker (https://github.com/oschwengers/referenceseeker) comprising taxon specific databases for complete, reference and representative RefSeq genomes & plasmids as well as GTDB bacteria & archaea and PLSDB plasmids.
