Deliverable 4.1 provides a description of the citizen-science activities and case studies in the UK that the MICS impact assessment will be tested in 2021. Across the UK, citizen science plays an important long-term role in data collection and monitoring before, during and after NBS implementation. Citizen-science activities are widespread across the UK and are an accepted method of engagement, stakeholder collaboration, data collection and monitoring.
