Transcriptome sequencing revealed the molecular mechanism of Hippophae rhamnoides Polysaccharide alleviating in LPS-induced inflammation of IPEC-J2 cells in piglets
Description
At present, in order to improve the reproduction rate of sows and the survival rate of piglets, and reduce the cost of feeding, the piglets are weaned early. Early weaning stress seriously threatens the healthy growth of piglets. Early weaning can cause intestinal barrier dysfunction and cause intestinal inflammation and other diseases. IPEC-J2 cells are the best model for studying immune responses in vitro. HRP is shown to mediate the anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory functions. This study further suggested that transcriptome analysis technology to study the key immune-related genes and cell transduction pathways in IPEC-J2 cells induced by LPS after HRP pretreatment. Our findings support the application of HRP in the early weaning period of piglet diets in an effort to improve intestinal epithelial function and integrity, and relieve intestinal damage and enhance piglet immunity.
