Lectotype (Jafri in Jafri & El-Gadi, Fl. Libya 86: 9. 1980): Herb. Linn. No. 523.1 (LINN).
Generitype of Anagyris Linnaeus.
Current name: Anagyris foetida L. (Fabaceae: Faboideae).
