Lectotype (Reduron & Jarvis in Jarvis & al., Regnum Veg. 127: 15. 1993): Herb. Clifford: 107, Aegopodium 1 (BM-000558399).
Generitype of Aegopodium Linnaeus.
Current name: Aegopodium podagraria L. (Apiaceae).
