Data used in the development of MADByTE.

Sample Name Notes:

• Samples are labeled as JE_ExtractNumber_PrefractionLetter (I.E. JE_1565_D), these correspond to samples RLUSExtractNumberPrefractionLetter (I.E. RLUS1565D) in the main extract library.

Processing Notes:

• These data are processed, but have had the imaginary part of the spectrum removed to facilitate compact storage. This means they cannot be phased until the imaginary is reconstructed. To do this in topspin, use the commands xht1 followed by xht2 to perform Hilbert transformations on each axis.
