Description

Trajectory inference is a computational approach for studying how cells change over time. In this presentation, we introduce how the dyno toolkit can help you interpret the results from 55 different trajectory inference methods and perform downstream analysis.

In the second half of this presentation we showcase our latest open-source developments, including creating a simulator for benchmarking all sorts of single-cell computational tools, improving intercompatibility with R and the anndata library, and creating fully customisable ggplot2 plots with dyno.
