Description
Whole Genome Bisulphite Sequencing (WGBS) experiment to assess DNA methylation patterns in mice lungs 56 days after exposure to Multi-Walled Carbon NanoTubes (MWCNTs). The doses of MWCNTs used in this experiment were 0, 40 or 80 μg/mouse. In this record, we provide WGBS coverage files along with bedgraph files.
