Description
A study of each of the five nymphal stages of the rice bug, Oebalus ypsilongriseus (De Geer, 1773), is offered as an aid to their taxonomic identification. The external morphological characters were described and figured. The nymphs had two forms: light or dark. It was also presented a differential diagnosis between the nymphs of Oebalus sp. and Mormidea spp., both with occurence in rice.
