Mansiri pottery QEMSCAN

Code and tif file data for QEMSCAN of Mansiri pottery. The tif files from QEMSCAN are in Maps_July_2016 folder. Fuji ImageJ macros for segmenting and obtaining mineral size and angles from the tif files are in Macros_Fuji The resulting .csv files from the Fuji ImageJ macros are in the directionality2 folder. The R code is directionality2s.R and requires the .csv files in the directionality2 folder structure.
