Surveyance of apparent unfolding curves via thiol labelling

Dataset contains raw and preprocessed data for fluorescence and proteomic studies respectively. In each case, protein foldedness was probed using thiol reactivity. The raw mass spectrometry proteomics data have also been deposited to the ProteomeXchange Consortium via the PRIDE partner repository, with the dataset identifiers PXD022587, PXD022640 and PXD030567.
