FAKTOR PREDISPOSISI DAN PRESIPITASI TERJADINYA GANGGUAN JIWA DI DESA SUMBERTEBU BANGSAL MOJOKERTO

Mental disorders are a health problem that is still a concern of the government at this time because it has increased quite rapidly. The high rate of human growth and the burden of life makes a person prone to mental health problems. This purpose of this study to obtain an overview of predisposing factors and precipitation in people with mental disorders (ODGJ) in the working area of the Mojokerto Regency Health Office. This research design uses descriptive analytic research using a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all ODGJ in the working area of the Mojokerto District Health Office with a total sample of 52 ODGJs. The results showed that the predisposing factors most identified were mental disorders experienced before, unfulfilled desires and conflicts with family or friends or with the environment. Meanwhile, the most identified precipitation factors were withdrawal from drugs, lack of motivation, and due to economic problems. It is hoped that there will be cooperation from various parties to reduce the incidence and prevent the recurrence of mental disorders. Introduction to mental health problems should also be given to the community so that mental health problems can be handled early on
