r3d3: Optimized Query Compilation on GPUs

Our artefact provides the experimental setup for all benchmarks, as well as scripts to reproduce all paper results and generate the associated graphs. Included are pre-configured comparison systems (MonetDB, HorsePower, OmniSci, and BlazingSQL), benchmarks and data sets, and the source code of our implementation (r3d3). The package is distributed as a Docker image (~10 GB) on Zenodo, requiring a recent NVIDIA GPU, Intel processor, and 8 GB RAM.
