Houses Dataset

The current health crisis has had a major impact not only on the national and global economy, but also in the requirements to housing (windows, terraces, space). In order to evaluate both aspects, the idea of comparing the apartments for sale nationwide. Whose data, will allow answer the following questions, among others:
- What is the average price per square meter in the cities?
- Does it vary from smaller locations?
- How is the price vs. surface area?
- Does the greater the number of rooms, the higher the price?

The dataset is focused on Spanish market.
