Appearance and Development of the Institute of Legal Assistance in the Principality of Moldova
Without knowing how a social institution came into existence, what direction it took in its development, it is impossible to understand its essence and define the development perspective. The author is a researcher of the state–guaranteed legal aid system in the Republic of Moldova. In this article, he investigates the issue of the formation and development of the institution of legal aid in the Moldavian Principality. This principality existed in the XIV–XIX centuries. The territory of the modern Republic of Moldova was part of it.
Без знания того, как какой–либо общественный институт возник, какой путь он прошел в своем развитии, невозможно постичь его сущность и предопределить перспективы его дальнейшего развития. В настоящей статье автор, занимающийся исследованием системы юридической помощи, гарантируемой государством существующей в Республике Молдова, исследует вопрос становления и развития института юридической помощи в Молдавском Княжестве, существовавшем в XIV–XIX веках, частью которого была территория современной Республики Молдова.
