Seed images of the rice Global MAGIC population grown under drought (DS) and well-watered (WW) conditions

Rice seed images taken using a desktop scanner (Epson Perfection V600 Photo Scanner, Epson America). In the repository, there are three folders:

- DS - includes all images from drought-stressed individuals;

- WW -  includes all images from individuals grown under well-watered conditions;

- REDO -  include images taken a second time from a subset of 107 samples selected randomly from the DS and WW groups.
