Description

The aim of this manual is to give easy step-to-step instructions on how to use photogrammetry to create a 3D-model for functional near-infraredspectroscopy (fNIRS) optode position digitization. The manual will guide through the photogrammetry process as applied by Clausner et al. (2017) to digitise the locations of fNIRS probes.
