Activities of the whole EUROAGEISM H2020 project in all 15 FIPs/ESRs projects were introduced during the XXIIIrd Working days of clinical pharmacy in Prague, Czech Republic, on June 7th, 2019, as well as activities of ESR7 project conducted as international project entitled "Inappropriate prescribing and availability of medication safety and medication management services in older patients in Europe and other countries" .
Presentation (in Czech) was included in the Book of abstracts, ESR7 J. Brkič, MSc. was co-author of this publication and helped to co-organize this event.
