The association between tumor mutational burden and prognosis is dependent on treatment context

This dataset has been used to analyze the association between high tumour mutational burden and survival in immunotherapy-treated and non–immunotherapy-treated patients with cancer. The dataset contains clinical and genomic data for 10,233 patients with 17 cancer types.
