File description:
- *_NCBI_orthologs.csv - table containing NCBI IDs of proteins in NCBI ortholog resource for each gene
- *_NCBI.gb - dataset downloaded using NCBI ortholog prediction in genebank format
- Uniprot_metazoa.tar.gz - Uniprot proteomes used for Orthofinder orthology prediction
- *_OrthoFinder_group.txt - NCBI iD's of orthofinder results
- *_final.gb - final merged tataset (Orthofinder results + NCBI ortholog)
- *_unique_final.gb - final dataset with removed redundant sequences
- Orthogroups.tsv - tab separated file with groups of orthologous sequences used to generate *_OrthoFinder_group.txt files by mapping results to NCBI RefSeq
- IUPred.tar.gz - IUPred disorder prediction results for all proteins
- MobiDB.tar.gz - MobiDB disorder prediction results for all proteins
