Volume, Fat Content and Shape of the Hip Abductor Muscles in Healthy Individuals from Dixon MRI
Description
Men and Women atlases for the hip abductors: gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, gluteus minimus and tensor fasciae latae. They were created from a sample of 31 and 20 subjects respectively.
All the images are in ITK metaImage file format.
For each atlas the following images are available:
_labels: segmented image with labels for each of the muscles aforementioned and tissue types outside these muscles.
_medianFF: median fat fraction (FF) values for each voxel of the hip abductors.
_10thPercentileFF: 10th percentile FF values for each voxel of the hip abductors.
_25thPercentileFF: 25th percentile FF values for each voxel of the hip abductors.
_75thPercentileFF: 75th percentile FF values for each voxel of the hip abductors.
_90thPercentileFF: 90th percentile FF values for each voxel of the hip abductors.
