Description
The individual DeepArk predictions for every possible variant tested by the massively parallel in vivo reporter assay of the ALDOB enhancer in mouse livers from Patwardhan et al. 2012 (DOI:10.1038/nbt.2136). Predictions are provided for all regulatory features modeled in M. musculus. Accession numbers correspond to training data corresponding to an individual output probability from DeepArk.
