Description
This dataset contains interview transcripts and fieldnotes generated in the frame of my doctoral project, which seeks to put into dialogue the lived experiences of the aging peasants and the Chinese party-state’s narratives and the locally implemented programs they legitimize. The dataset also includes supporting files - a readme, a metadata sheet, and the transcription protocol used - which I recommend reading first for a better overview of the dataset.
The project received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 765389.
