Dataset contains normalized methylation ratios generated from RRBS sequences for the manuscript entitled "DNA methylation signatures in whole blood as predictors of breast cancer risk". Data originating from tissue samples are stored in data files betas_cpgislands.csv, betas_genes.csv, betas_promoters.csv; while data originating from buffy coat samples are stored in data files betas_BC_cpgislands.csv, betas_BC_genes.csv, betas_BC_promoters.csv.
