scDEC: data for simultaneous deep generative modeling and clustering of single cell genomic data

The datasets that were used in the paper entitled "Simultaneous deep generative modeling and clustering of single-cell genomic data". The software scDEC (https://github.com/kimmo1019/scDEC) can directly take the data as input.

Usage:

1. uncompress the datasets.tar.gz into the directory of datasets
2. It contains five datasets in the corresponding five folders
3. Each dataset contains both reads count matrix and cell label
