HIMSPEC Example Dataset

Example of hyperspectral transmittance data measured by FDA DIDSR's Hyperspectral Imaging Microscope (HIMS) for a selection of two BiomaxOrgan10 tissue microarray slides (US Biomax, 15883 Crabbs Branch Way, MD 20855, USA). One core per slide were measured and the data size was reduced to a subset of the original field of view.
