High-resolution neutron imaging: a new approach to characterize water in anodic aluminum oxides_data

In this document, we share the raw data related to the Al oxides and hydroxide reference samples collected for the manuscript entitled "High-resolution neutron imaging: a new approach to characterize water in anodic aluminum oxides". More specifically, the following data can be found:

• high-resolution neutron imaging raw data for Al oxides (C-sapphire, Al₂O₃ sintered, Al₂O₃ plasma sprayed and Anodisc 13 membrane) and hydroxide (Al(OH)₃ gibbsite)
• the corresponding XRD diffractograms.
