Description

This archive contains the simulation scripts, data to reproduce key figures in the main text of the submitted paper "Deep ductile shear localization facilitates near-orthogonal strike-slip faulting in a thin brittle lithosphere".

Scripts: contains the python scripts used to write the input files for CIMLIB code, meshes, job submission scripts using OAR, scripts for post-processing the .vtu files to extract shear band angles.

keyFigures: contains the .vtr files and state files to generate Paraview visualization of 3D shear band structure, numpy .npz data files, and IPython scripts to reproduce Fig 2, 3, 4 in the submitted paper.
