This dataset contain:
Table S1. Air and soil mean monthly temperatures from the new 16 sites in the Eastern Cordillera of Colombia with data presented in this study.
Table S3. Soil Branched glycerol dialkyl glycerol tetraethers (brGDGTs) from the Eastern Cordillera of Colombia and data compilation from the tropics.
