Revisioning OHSU's approach to racial diversity, equity, and inclusion

This document describes the Alliance for Visible Diversity in Science's (AVDS) proposal for reimagining and decentralizing racial equity and inclusion (REI) work at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) by creating multiple REI Centers to serve different populations of the institution.  As presented in the document, the REI centers would actively work to dismantle systemic racism through community building, data collection, and policy improvement.  This proposal was originally presented to OHSU Board of Directors on June 30, 2020.
